Working with AGT
You get one number and one person. The electrician who answers your call is the one who comes to the building and does the work, so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new, and the next visit starts with someone who has been there before.
One number to ring
Tony answers his own phone, so you're talking to the electrician from the first call.
The same electrician every visit
Tony is the one who comes to the building, every job.
A licence you can check
NSW electrical contractor licence 150217C, current. Check it on the public register before you send anyone to a building.
Details agreed first
Tony confirms what's being done with you before the work is booked in, so you know what you're approving.

Reasons to choose AGT
An agency and longtime customers come back for the same reasons: quality work, clear communication and someone who deals fairly when a job turns out bigger than expected. These are their words, from Word of Mouth, Google and HiPages.
“Tony has always provided us with quality work.”
We refer Tony and his team to the majority of our electrical work. Tony has always provided us with quality work and is reasonably priced. We’d highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for an electrician. Viewey Real Estate, Newtown.
Nicholas, Viewey Real EstateWord of Mouth · May 2021 “Lightning‑fast with communication and eager to get the job done.”
Tony was absolutely brilliant! Lightning‑fast with communication and eager to get the job done. We had a few tasks lined up, and every single time he tackled them with enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude. If you need an electrician who brings both skill and spark, Tony’s your guy!
Renato GarfinkelGoogle · December 2025 “He was fair in renegotiation due to scope change.”
Tony has great communication and professional in dealing with extenuating circumstances (scope change, unplanned power outage, on the job problem solving) he was fair in renegotiation due to scope change. Would recommend Tony for your next job and hope to work with him again in future.

Questions people ask
Every standard job starts with a $150 + GST call-out, which covers getting to you. From the moment Tony arrives, it's $100 an hour + GST. An emergency call-out is $280 + GST, then $100 an hour + GST. If Tony can price the job over the phone, that's free, but most jobs need a visit.
Yes. Tony can invoice the agency or the owners corporation directly, with your work order number on it. Pay by bank transfer, or by card or online from the invoice link. Longer jobs with too many unknowns to quote are charged by the hour and invoiced each week, and larger jobs take a deposit.
Yes. Give Tony the tenant's details or the building contact and he arranges a time with them directly, so you don't have to run messages between the two of you.
Tony calls you before going further. If the fault turns out bigger than the work you approved, he explains what he's found and what it would take, and you decide.
Yes. After the job Tony tells you what caused the problem and what he did about it, with photos where they help, so you can report back to the owner and close the job.
Yes. Tony is the electrician who answers your call, comes to the building and does the work, every job. On larger jobs he brings in trusted subcontractors to help, and he's on site running the job, so each visit starts with someone who has already worked on the building.
Usually something on that circuit is faulty, like a wet outdoor socket, a failing appliance or damaged cable. The switch is doing its job by cutting the power, so tell the tenant not to keep resetting it. Call Tony with the address and he'll find the cause.
Yes. Tony tests and tags electrical equipment and checks safety switches in the buildings he looks after, and tells you when the equipment is next due for testing. Call 0412 049 022 with the building and what needs testing.
Yes. In NSW, electrical installation work needs a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work, and Tony provides one for the work that needs it when the job is done.
